Gratitude Challenge Days 29, 30 & 31

Alright y'all, we are rockin' this challenge!! Now, I understand that holidays can be stressful and full of activities & events so I'm going to leave a lot of flexibility here.


Below I have detailed days 29, 30 & 31 so that you can decide if you want to reflect all in one day or spread it out.


There is one topic for each day and then we will have a short break through the holiday weekend before we start phase 2. Do what works best for you and celebrate what you have achieved these past 30 days.


Monday, July 1 - Day 29

Take 15-30 minutes and reflect on what you have loved about this challenge so far. Write it down in your journal and reflect on it.


Tuesday, July 2 - Day 30

Take 15-30 minutes to reflect on what you have learned during this challenge. Write in down in your journal and reflect on it.


Wednesday, July 3 - Day 31

Take 15-30 minutes to reflect on what you would change about this process and anything you're going to change about your life moving forward.


Thursday, July 4 - Saturday, July 7 = Rest Days leading up to month 2!
